Teens and Young Adults

High Plains Counseling focuses on teens and young adults. These life stages are full of new experiences and important transitions. There is always something to learn and explore!

Everyone is welcome, with a special focus on anyone with difficult or complicated life experiences — things like homelessness, foster care, pregnancy/parenting, substance use, and problems with school, family, or the legal system.

Those with religious trauma and those exploring their gender and sexuality are warmly welcome!

Online Model

Right now, counseling sessions are offered online through video call. If we are local to each other (Greeley, Evans, Eaton, Ault, Loveland, Windsor, Johnstown) there are options to meet up from time to time! Eventually, I may have a physical office in Greeley.

Online works well for some people, but it’s not for everyone. It can provide safety and flexibility for some, but it can also feel less personal for others. If you have concerns or need help figuring out how online could work for you, let me know.
